We just released a few enhancements to YouthAtPlay.com today.
- Improved Administration Navigation
- New Phone Call Sheet (PDF) Printable Report
- Easier Access to (PDF) Printable Reports
Improved Administration Navigation
We spent a great deal of time this week evaluating the administration navigation and came up with an even more intuitive interface for you. Please feel free to give us any feedback on the new layout.
New Phone Call Sheet (PDF) Printable Report
We had some requests for a phone call sheet for those of you who need to hand someone a paper and say “Call these parents”. It works really well and you can print all children’s phone numbers or you can print just children who are members of a particular group.
Easier Access to (PDF) Printable Reports
In addition to our printable reports section, you can now print directly from the youth or groups pages. This just makes YouthAtPlay that much easier and more intuitive to use.
We hope you enjoy the new features and as always, feel free to let us know what you think.

We decided to quietly release the new sports module of YouthAtPlay.com over the weekend. You can now create programs such as “Soccer” or “Baseball”.
You can then create teams which have the following properties:
- Team Name
- Program Name
- Year
- Season
- Team Description
- Coaches and their email addresses
Once you create your team(s), you can then associate all your youth with the team(s). We are now working on creating the ability to email a team or an entire program. We will then be adding the ability to track fees associated with a team such as registration fees, uniforms etc.

We are happy to say that this week we will be releasing a new sports module. This will allow all those who use YouthAtPlay.com for your sports-related groups to now actually break things down into Programs (i.e. sports), Teams and soon events (practice, games, meetings, whatever).
YouthAtPlay.com is meant for the handful of people that manage the day to day duties of running a youth-based organization. Store contact information, send email notifications, print reports, and later this week, manage teams and schedule events.
What’s coming after the sports module release? We will be adding assignments and notes to help your group keep track of the many balls you are trying to juggle.
We hope you are enjoying using YouthAtPlay.com as much as we are having building it.
More later this week!
